Can Fontet was established seven years ago. In 2011 we had our first plant. Today we grow a bit of everything… vegetables and fruit. We are increasingly adding more of what are traditional varieties because these are part of our culture, our biodiversity. We also grow cereals and grains, particularly Blat Xeixa, a very ancient Balearic grain.
